Emily Bett Rickards is a Canadian born actor. She is most well-known in America for her performance as Felicity Smoak in The CW series Arrow. Rickards grew up living in British Columbia. Her career began as a child, she introduced herself to dancing and musical theatre hoping to eventually introducing herself to more serious acting. She graduated from high school sooner than she anticipated and enrolled at the Vancouver Film School where she was awarded the Acting Essentials Certificate. Following the completion of the course, she attended an audition open to the public and was able to get her an agent. Alida Vocal Studio is located in Vancouver. Her rapport was with Stephen Amell, positive feedback from the fans, and the sarcastic comments she made led to an initial signing as a single-episode guest star.
