Emma Rose Kenney is an American actress. She portrayed Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between the years of 2011-2021. Harris Conner Healy is her character from Roseanne's tenth series and The Conners, its spin-off. Kenney was born on the 14th of September 1999, in New York City. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are the parents of her. Kevin Kenney was a journalist for Fox Sports and formerly worked for The New York Post. Emma Kenney has the exact same hometown that she shares with Emmy Rossum. Kenney is a native of Manhattan. She plays Debbie the shrewd daughter in Shameless the upcoming Showtime TV show. Although her birthplace was in New York, she was able to spend the bulk of her early years at home in Garden State. Kenney was also well known for her role as Darlene Gilbert's daughter, Harris as she was in The Roseanne revival.
